How to Stop Spam From Taking Over Your Business Email

If you walk into work every day and find your business email constantly flooded with spam, you may be trying to find a way to change that. In order to protect your business email from falling victim to the overwhelming amount of spam emails, there are a few things you can do.

Strengthen Your Filters
A really simple way to prevent spam from entering your business email’s inbox is by strengthening your email filters. If you go into your email servers or Microsoft Exchange alternative you’ll be able to find your junk and spam box settings. Within the settings, you’ll be able to select an option that will only allow mail from a safe senders list. It is important, though, to remember that client and customer emails might somehow end up in your spam and junk folders. If they do and they aren’t on your safe sender list, you won’t be able to view them. So find a happy medium within your filters to eliminate the worst spam while still allowing customer emails.
