I can't say enough to describe my experience. Absolutely outstanding service! Very easy use on the website to find what you need. Have never experienced any down time or service disruptions. Migration has been easy. The even bigger ticket today is they saved me an additional $4.00 a month for a client. They actually told me that a certain service was no longer needed (I had been misinformed from another source previously), and they made the adjustment on my billing. Again, can't say enough. If you are looking for a great digital solution, this is it.

I have always used the "Big Guys" when it comes to hosting, so when I finally got fed up with spending so much time on hold with support, I started looking for a local solution. Found MediaServe, and with no expectations, I was blown away by how quickly they replied to my support requests and how fast their servers were. In head-to-head tests with the same site hosted with our old host, they cut the bill and load time in half. Good service and good value were something I didn't think existed in web hosting, but MediaServe proved me wrong!

MediaServe is fine if you have a basic understanding of what you are doing. The price is certainly reasonable. There are many on site tools, but I never had the occasion to use them. Far more is available than my simple site requires. The couple of times I used customer service they were prompt and helpful.

Although you may find domain registration at a lesser price, I am glad to patronize MediaServe for their level of integrity, their rapid support responses, and personalized service (meaning that responses have taken into account interactions that we had in the past).
