Every MEDIASERVE account is identified by a unique email address, and protected with a password.
If you know the email address on your account, but have forgotten the password, you may reset your password here. You'll be asked to enter your email address, and your account security question if applicable. Once you've entered the correct information, a link to reset your password will be emailed to your email address. This link will be valid for two hours only. When you access the link, our system will then generate a random password and email it to you.
If you do not remember the email address on your account, you can open a support ticket and ask us to provide you with the correct email address.
It's important that you keep your account information up to date, especially if your email address changes. If the email address on your account is no longer valid, you have two options for recovering access to your account:
- Open a support ticket and provide us with the last four digits of the credit card stored on your account, if applicable, and request that we change your email address. At that point you'll be able to use the password reminder as documented earlier in this article.
- Fax a letter describing the situation, with as much detail, including your current email address, to (615) 465-8156, on your organization's letterhead if possible, and include a photo id of the account owner. We will review the document and contact you with further instructions.
Once you've successfully logged into your MEDIASERVE account, you can access the username and password of any hosted service by following the steps outlined in this knowledgebase article.
