Many of the support requests we receive are related to email, so this article is intended to help you diagnose various e-mail issues you may encounter.

Are you blocked?

One of the first things you should check when having difficulty with e-mail is whether or not your IP address has been blocked by our abuse detection system. This is easy to do, simply follow these steps:

1. Make sure you're logged into your account by visiting https://my.mediaserve.com/clientarea.php and if necessary, log in.
