How do I increase or decrease the available storage for on-demand media?

When storing and streaming a large volume of on-demand media, you may find that you fill up the 10GB storage of the base plan. When that happens, you can either remove old files that you no longer need, or upgrade your storage. To upgrade your storage, follow these steps:

1. Log into the service plans area of your account here.

2. Click the "View Details" button to the right of your service plan to access the service plan details.

3. Click the "Management Actions" tab and then click the "Change Plan" button option in the drop-down.

4. On the following page, choose a new plan that has a higher or lower storage level as desired, and press the "Click to Continue" button.

When upgrading, you'll pay a prorated amount for the increased user count based on your next renewal date. When downgrading, at next renewal you will be charged the new, lower amount.
