How do I upgrade or add options to my service?

Web hosting, streaming and newsletter marketing plans have various options and/or upgrades available, including things like disk storage, monthly bandwidth usage, concurrent streaming connections, monthly newsletter volume and others.

If you need to make changes or add options to your service, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the client area here.

2. Click on your hosting plan in the Your Active Products/Services box in the middle of the page. This will take you to the details of your hosting plan.

3. Click the Upgrade/Downgrade link under Actions on the left side of the page.

4. Choose the plan to which you wish to upgrade and complete the checkout/payment process.
