How do I cancel service?

Cancellation of service must be done within your MediaServe account in order to verify the authenticity of the request. We cannot cancel service based on an emailed request.

To that end, we have a simple online process for you to follow:

To cancel a hosted service:

1. Log in to the services area of your account here.
2. Without clicking on the domain name itself, click anywhere in the line for the service you wish to cancel.
3. On the left side of the service details page, click the "Request Cancellation" link and choose immediate or end of billing period cancellation.
4. Perform the above steps for each hosted service that you wish to cancel (which will also cancel any open/unpaid hosting invoice line item for this service.)

To cancel the renewal of a domain name:

1. Log in to the domain names area of your account here.
2. Without clicking on the domain name itself, click anywhere else with the line for the domain name. you wish to cancel.
3. Click the "Auto Renew" option on the left side of the domain details page.
4. Toggle the "Auto Renewal Status" from On to Off (which will also cancel any open renewal invoice line item for this domain name.)
