Each domain name has its own contact information, and it's important to keep said contact information up-to-date and accurate.
To view or change the contact information for a domain name registered with us, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the domain names area of your account here. (You will be prompted to log in if necessary.)
2. Click the "Manage Domain" button to the right of the domain name for which you wish to view or change contact information.
3. Click the "Management Tools" tab and select "Contact Info".
4. Make your changes to the contact information.
NOTE: If you plan to change the registrant email address and/or name, you might have to approve these with both the original registrant contact and the new one. Until both approve you will not see visible changes, and if you attempt to change these again you will receive an error message. It's important if the original registrant email address cannot be reached, you must open a support ticket so we can change the contact details manually which create a 60 day transfer lock in the process.
