How to speed up DNS resolution after domain name expires or is suspended?

If a MediaServe member fails to verify the registrant email address (after first registration or transfer), or fails to renew the domain name by the due date, addressing this will not immediately resolve the domain name to it's website. When the domain name becomes unavailable, reactivating it will still require DNS propagation, which takes from 2 to 72 hours.

The most frequent access is generally the owner of the website, and that may take more time then necessary, because many ISPs will cache the old IP address (while the domain name is non-functional) in order to save bandwidth. However you can possibly purge your browser's DNS cache to see if that helps you individually. Here's an article about flushing the DNS cache with instructions for most popular web browsers:
