How do I lock or unlock my domain name?

If you have a domain name registered with MediaServe LLC, you may lock or unlock it at any time following these steps:

1. Log in to the domain name area of your account here. (You will be prompted to log in if necessary.)

2. Click the "Manage" button to the right of the domain name you wish to lock or unlock.

3. Once you've accessed the domain name details, click the "Registrar Lock" menu on the right side..

4. If the domain name is currently locked, the status will be shown. Click the "Disable Registrar Lock" button to unlock the domain name.

Locking your domain will prevent it from being transferred away without your authorization. If you do need to transfer the domain name away, you'll need to ensure it is unlocked.
