How do I request the epp/transfer authorizaton code for my domain name?

If you have a domain name registered with MEDIASERVE, and need to request the epp code, (aka transfer authorization code), follow these steps:

1. Log in to the domain names area of your account here. (You will be prompted to log in if necessary.)

2. Click the "Manage Domain" button to the right of the domain name for which you need the code.

3. Click the "Management Tools" tab and select "Get EPP Code".

Depending on the underlying registrar of the domain name, you'll either see the code displayed, or it will be emailed to the administrative email address listed in the domain's whois contact information, so please make sure that information is up to date.
